Job Description:
The Sales & Outreach Executive will play a key role in driving business growth through targeted outreach, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, particularly in drafting professional, personalized , and conversion-focused emails for international clients. A strong understanding of cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and professional business communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads.
- Identify and research potential clients across industries.
- Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Draft and send highly professional, persuasive, and personalized outreach emails and messages.
- Experience in creating compelling subject lines and opening hooks that improve email open and reply rates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound client queries and messages.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts, conversions, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Strong written communication skills (mandatory), ability to write clear, concise, engaging, and results-driven emails and messages.
- Excellent email writing and LinkedIn outreach skills.
- Strong command of grammar, tone, and professional business communication across all written channels.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
